The 11-inch iPad Pro (4th Gen) shares its predecessor's high-resolution display but sports an upgraded chip (Apple M2) and faster Wi-Fi. Like the 4th generation model, the 2022 iPad Pro has 5G connectivity, Apple Pencil (2nd gen) support, Face ID, and 12MP Wide and 10MP Ultra Wide cameras.

The bezels of the iPad Air 4 are very slightly thicker. iPad Air 4 does not have Face ID (hence, no Animoji and Memoji) iPad Air 4 has 2 speakers, iPad Pro has 4 speakers (both do stereo in landscape) iPad Pro is powered by A12z, iPad Air 4 has a new A14 chip. iPad Pro has a LiDAR camera and ultra-wide camera, iPad Air 4 does not.

Apple’s iPad Air has a slim-bezel, thin design like the iPad Pro. Now that the iPad has adopted the slim bezel, they look almost identical. Although the iPad Air has a larger display, it’s lighter than the iPad, at one pound compared to the iPad’s 1.07 pounds. They’re similar in size and almost the same thickness.
